Terms & Conditions.

Our Terms & Conditions outline the details of how we operate, including quoting, payments, warranties, and project expectations. We aim to keep everything clear and transparent so you know exactly what to expect when working with Revolution Roofworks.

We recommend reviewing these terms before proceeding with any works. If you have any questions, our team is always available to assist.

  • All quotations provided by Revolution RoofWorks are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote must be confirmed in writing (email acceptance is sufficient).

  • All prices are based on the information available at the time of quoting and are subject to a final site measure and inspection. Any variations to the scope of works, including unforeseen issues, will be discussed with the client and may incur additional costs.

  • For projects exceeding $10,000, a 25% deposit is required 7 days prior to commencement.
    Final payment is due within 14 days of completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Works will be completed as outlined in the approved quotation. Items not specifically listed are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Unless stated otherwise, the following are excluded:

    • Structural or timber repairs

    • Carpentry works

    • Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical works

    • Removal/reinstallation of solar panels, air conditioning units, or other rooftop fixtures

    • Council permits, approvals, or traffic control

  • The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the site. Any delays due to restricted access or unsafe conditions may affect scheduling and/or incur additional costs.

  • All works are weather dependent. Revolution RoofWorks reserves the right to reschedule works due to unsuitable weather conditions to ensure safety and quality.

  • All materials are subject to availability. Colour selections must be confirmed prior to commencement. Revolution RoofWorks is not responsible for perceived colour differences due to lighting, screen displays, or surrounding materials.

  • Workmanship is warranted for a period of 10 years from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials.

  • Revolution RoofWorks holds appropriate insurance, including public liability. While all care is taken, any accidental damage to surrounding areas will be rectified.

  • Revolution RoofWorks is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Costs may apply for materials ordered, labour scheduled, or works already completed.
